Responsibilities Your Role: - Manage and execute high priority strategic client projects.
- Input into strategic discussions around technology use
- Integrate new technologies and product offerings into Operations
- Identify and implement changes to drive efficiencies and standardization
- Assist the PMO and champion project governance best practice
- Lead change management initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the global standard operating model for the team and related functional groups/business partners.
- Act as the liaison between Accounting/Operations and Product/IT to translate business and client requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation, and write business cases/carrying out proof of concepts to support these
- Perform due diligence analysis for transformation and innovation projects
- Assist in designing and implementing data controls across Citco technologies
- Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times
- Plan resources in line with business demands, participate in the recruitment and selection process, lead, coach, develop and appraise employees within the team
- Establish plan for delivery for transformation and innovation initiatives
- Keep Senior Management abreast of all material issues affecting the processing of deliverables
- Implement training and coaching initiatives
QualificationsAbout You:- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Information Systems.
- Demonstrated successful management and delivery of complex projects
- 5+ years real estate experience
- Knowledge and experience in real estate accounting systems
- Yardi Voyager 7S Investment Management module experience beneficial
- Experience in developing/implementing/optimising business processes
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory experience.
- Analytical and integration experience involving complex data sets
- Public/private accounting experience, predominantly in the real estate and alternative investment sectors
- Experience in reviewing real estate operations and financial statements (Fair Value, GAAP, IFRS)
- Experience in performance reporting - NCREIF, GIPS (AIMR) beneficial
- Knowledge of local statutory reporting requirements across North American and Europe beneficial
- Strong team player who exhibits excellent communication and written skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product
Salary Range: CAD $165,000 - 215,000
