Client Service Relationship Managers at a Senior Vice President level are responsible for managing assigned client portfolios either as local or regional relationship leads or as part of a global client account team.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:- Deep expertise in private credit fund administration, credit investment operations, loan servicing, or credit middle-office functions gained within a fund administrator, asset manager, private credit platform, or lending institution.
- Strong understanding of private credit structures, including direct lending, opportunistic credit, distressed debt, structured credit, CLOs, specialty finance, and NAV, subscription, and asset-level financing arrangements.
- Demonstrated experience supporting both IBOR and ABOR operating models, including loan lifecycle events, complex accruals, PIK interest, fee calculations, leverage facilities, portfolio valuation, and investor reporting requirements.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end loan lifecycle, including trade capture, funding, settlements, corporate actions, restructurings, amendments, paydowns, and covenant monitoring.
- Ability to engage credibly with portfolio managers, credit CFOs, operations leaders, and treasury teams on fund structures, portfolio performance, financing arrangements, and operational challenges.
- Experience overseeing operational delivery for complex private credit funds, including leveraged structures, multi-jurisdictional vehicles, warehouse facilities, and scaled institutional managers.
- Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary relationship contact or as part of a broader global account team.
- Represent Citco to the client across relevant products, services, regions and segments.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and maintain regular engagement.
- Understand each client's business priorities, operating model, service needs and relationship expectations.
- Identify client needs and coordinate the development and delivery of client-ready solutions using Citco's global capabilities.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Technology and Business Development to execute client priorities and deliver agreed outcomes.
- Prepare for client meetings, service reviews and business reviews through effective planning, internal coordination and follow-up.
- Capture client feedback, service challenges and emerging requirements, and communicate these to relevant internal teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of client account plans.
- Identify opportunities for revenue retention, growth, product expansion and service enhancement.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate material relationship, service or commercial risks.
- Act as the relationship lead during significant client issues or escalations, ensuring appropriate communication, follow-up and resolution.
- Engage with management to support account growth, issue resolution and strategic client planning.
- Support the rollout of relevant campaigns and strategic initiatives to assigned clients.
QualificationsAbout You:- You have 10 -12 years of experience in client service and managing client relationships of an alternative asset manager at a fund administrator or other similar service provider.
- You have skills in negotiation, business planning and budgeting, margin analysis and technical accounting.
- You have strong leadership skills
- You have project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar fields
- CPA designation a plus
Salary Range: USD 215,000 - 285,000
