Job Description

We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Enablement (Client Program Manager) to join our team within Wealth Services. This role is located in Jersey City, NJ.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Drive and manage the success and client enablement of products and solutions including enhancements, integrations, and strategic projects
  • Partner with our clients and internal stakeholders to scope requirements which leverage our standard product and service offerings
  • Manage and drive the implementation and set-up of products and services by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors to coordinate API integrations and provide SME knowledge critical to client success.
  • Maintain a project plan across critical milestones, dependencies, and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation, and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write and deliver effective documentation and training collateral providing guidance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders around the firm to drive process improvement and identify risk and gaps in workflows.
  • Drive and manage implementation closure, including notification to internal and external stakeholders.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 8-10 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Proven experience managing complex business or technology process, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Familiarity with technology integrations, third-party manager setups, and service-related operational support
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, technology, compliance, and trading.
  • Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and internal collaboration
  • Willingness to embrace AI and integrate it into processes wherever possible
  • A client-focused mindset with the ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and drive progress

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
