In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Lead the design, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Asset Movement business processes and related applications used by Operations and business teams.
  • Serve as a senior business process subject matter expert and strategic liaison across Operations, Product, Technology, PODs/ARTs, Risk/Control, and key business stakeholders.
  • Assess current-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define future-state goals, requirements, roles, responsibilities, and success measures.
  • Drive business and functional requirements, acceptance criteria, implementation planning, solution validation, and production readiness for complex process and technology enhancements.
  • Oversee business testing and process rollouts, including positive, negative, regression, turnover, and production validation testing.
  • Manage defects, production issues, and client-impacting items through resolution, ensuring clear ownership, timely escalation, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Define control points, process integrations, risks, constraints, and business events that may impact successful process execution.
  • Provide oversight of rules engine changes, system support processes, reporting, controls, documentation quality, process discipline, and governance adherence.
  • Contribute to area objectives by directing cross-functional activities that support process development, implementation, modernization, and ongoing operational effectiveness.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
