Full Job Description
We're seeking a future team member for the role Senior Vice President, Application Development Manager to join our applications & payments processing team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage a medium to large-sized or multiple small teams responsible for all phases of the systems development and implementation process.
  • Provide analysis, design, development, testing and ongoing support for client area application systems across diverse development platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology and tools.
  • Analyse organizational needs for application development and interface with clients to ensure systems are developed to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee applications programming and analysis projects, including development, installation and maintenance of application programs.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis and program development, with related supervisory, management and administrative experience required.
  • Experience in the securities or financial services industries is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing one or more development teams and contributing to team objectives.
  • People leadership experience required, including recruiting, directing, motivating and developing staff.
  • Deep expertise in legacy system modernization
  • Strong understanding of payment processing and settlement systems
  • Experience overseeing payment processing and settlement-related processes

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
