Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
  • Experience in application development across multiple platforms using TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience working with agentic tooling and translating technical decisions to non-technical collaborators.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience developing responsive, adaptive, and performant websites and applications.
  • Experience in WebGL, Canvas, D3.js, or similar technologies for dynamic, high-performance data visualization.
  • Experience incorporating generative AI and large language model APIs into interactive tools.
  • Technical leadership, peer mentorship experience, and a strong visual design background.
  • Track record of growing in high-ambiguity research environments and rapidly validating disruptive product concepts.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes that bring abstract AI capabilities to life to accelerate executive strategy and product decision-making.
  • Develop front-end dashboards and novel data visualizations that turn complex qualitative and quantitative data into compelling stories.
  • Act as a bridge, translating open-ended research findings and deeply technical concepts into scalable patterns for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to production code and explore AI capabilities, such as foundation models and intelligent workflows, to establish industry-leading UI components.
  • Collaborate across UX Research, Product Management, and Engineering leadership to deliver actionable insights and foster a rapid launch-and-iterate culture.
