We are seeking a
Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and impactful experiences across the full product lifecycle. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on design execution, from shaping experience strategies and user journeys to creating interaction and visual design solutions that bring experiences to life. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, an advocate for the user, and a design leader who thrives in partnering across product, technology, and business teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You'll Do:- Lead UX design efforts across the end-to-end product and experience lifecycle, from discovery and concepting through execution and delivery.
- Create user-centered design solutions through journey mapping, service design, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Facilitate design workshops, design sprints, and collaborative working sessions with cross-functional partners.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, researchers, and development teams to influence product direction and user experience strategy.
- Ensure designs align with and contribute to established design systems, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
- Provide design leadership, feedback, and mentorship to other designers while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across UX disciplines and teams to drive consistency, usability, and innovation across experiences.
- Support the integration of vendor and internally developed solutions into seamless end-to-end user experiences.
Position RequirementsWhat You'll Need:- 7+ years of professional UX, product, or digital design experience.
- Expertise in UX design methods and tools, including journey mapping, service design, design thinking, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and accessibility.
- Experience delivering responsive experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively across product, technology, and business teams.
- Experience presenting ideas and design recommendations to a variety of audiences, including senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their application across products and experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while driving work independently.
What Will Set You Apart:- Experience designing enterprise, advisor-facing, or employee-facing digital experiences.
- Experience facilitating design thinking workshops, service blueprinting, and strategic design activities.
- Experience working with AI-enabled design and prototyping tools.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts and close collaboration with development teams.
- Experience working with third-party/vendor solutions and integrating them into holistic user experiences.
- Experience contributing to or evolving enterprise design systems.
