About the job

The Communication Ads (CAT) team helps users around the world connect with businesses seamlessly on Search. We are redefining how users get in touch with advertisers, whether by calling, sending a message, or submitting a lead form. Through bold, continuous experimentation, we help define the future of Search by expanding the boundaries of what users and advertisers can accomplish with Google Ads.

We are a user-centric team of designers, researchers and storytellers. We manage problems together but own them individually, working closely with our Product, Engineering, and Research partners. We believe in a collaborative working style with a bias towards rapid exploration and experimentation, guided by a strong curiosity for our customers and their needs.

Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. We're made up of multiple teams, building Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We help grow businesses of all sizes from small businesses, to large brands, to YouTube creators, with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.
