- Provide technical support for all mobile device issues via our ticketing system, telephone, or email.
- Coordinate and assist with the installation and maintenance of mobile platforms software/hardware and mobile devices for in-house teams, remote employees, vendors, and contractors as needed.
- Assist with the development of IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform configuration management and develop supporting documentation.
- Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, organizational stakeholders, internal systems administrators, and the non-technical user community.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidates must have 4 + years strong operation support experience with Windows Server 2019 or greater
- Experience with Windows Server Management and Vulnerability Remediation Patching
- 5 + years operations support experience with MDM design and implementation desired
- Candidate must have 4+ years operations support experience with Workspace One UEM
- mobile device platform
- Candidates submitted for this task should be available to work on a flexible schedule and
- participate in 24x7 on-call technical support.
- Adaptability to shifting priorities in a highly regulated environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated federal environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the accuracy of ticket tracking and resolution records.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with the following technology is a plus:
- Workspace One UEM
- Workspace One Access
- Microsoft Office 365 applications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Engineer to join our team supporting the US House of Representatives H-TAP Contract. Through the H-TAP contract, TekSynap provides the The Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) House Information Resources (HIR) Information Technology Customer Solutions (ITCS) Unified Endpoint Management Directorate with IT Support Staffing.
The UEM Mobile Support Engineer will work directly with the ITCS Unified EndpointManagement (UEM) Team Branch performing the following duties:
- Engineering, design, development, support and administration for mobile based solutions and standards for Workspace One environments.
- Provide support for mobile applications such as Office 365 as needed.
- Perform configuration management, technical support, application support and corresponding documentation.
- Communicate both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and the non-technical user community.

- Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday 6 Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
- Candidate must be able to work core (8:30am 6 5:00pm) business hours 8 hours a day onsite in Washington DC, excluding federal holidays and when work is done for system maintenance.
- *Note: Candidate must be able to work from home/remote when requested by COTR using House supplied equipment. Candidate must be able to work during some planned maintenance windows between 9pm and 5am as part of maintenance activities. If the candidate has reliable high-speed internet, the work can be completed off-site (home) using supplied laptop(s).

WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE
WAGE INFORMATION
Target salary range: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00. The salary range displayed is an estimate only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, and will be determined on several factors regarding the individual9s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience, as well as contract parameters and organizational requirements. The displayed salary is one component of the total compensation package for employees.
