CRC is seeking a highly experienced Senior UKG Analyst to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the UKG application environment. This hands-on role owns end-to-end support and continuous improvement across UKG, including system configuration, reporting and analytics, workflows and automations, integrations, security, testing, releases, and production support. The ideal candidate can work directly with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business leaders to translate requirements into reliable solutions, resolve complex issues, and improve employee and manager experience. This person takes initiative, leads cross-functional efforts, and communicates effectively with both technical and business audiences. This is an on-site position based in California. Candidates must be able to report in person to CRC's offices in Long Beach, Santa Clarita, or Bakersfield.

The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $120K - $170K, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary SME and senior support resource for the UKG environment, owning issues and requests from intake through resolution.
• Configure and support UKG modules and business processes, including employee data, organizational structures, timekeeping, scheduling, absence, payroll-related processes, and employee and manager self-service, as applicable.
• Design, build, validate, and maintain operational, compliance, audit, and executive reports and dashboards using UKG reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, notifications, scheduled jobs, imports, exports, and automations that reduce manual effort and improve process reliability.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between UKG and payroll, benefits, finance, identity, data platforms, and other internal or third-party systems using UKG integration tools, APIs, and secure file exchanges.
• Administer roles, permissions, profiles, and data access; support periodic access reviews and help ensure configurations align with business needs, privacy requirements, and internal controls.
• Perform root-cause analysis for functional and technical issues involving configuration, calculations, reports, integrations, workflows, performance, and data quality.
• Lead testing and deployment activities for UKG releases, patches, configuration changes, new modules, and enhancement projects, including test planning, regression testing, validation, and production readiness.
• Monitor recurring processes, interfaces, and automated jobs; identify failures or trends proactively and implement durable corrective actions.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen controls, and deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration standards, report catalogs, integration specifications, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
• Manage vendor cases and escalations, communicate status and impact clearly, and provide training and knowledge transfer to administrators, support teams, and business users.

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience administering and supporting UKG solutions in a complex production enterprise environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of HR, timekeeping, scheduling, absence, payroll-related, and employee and manager self-service processes.
• Advanced experience building UKG reports, dashboards, data extracts, calculated fields, and scheduled report distributions.
• Demonstrated experience configuring workflows, business rules, notifications, imports, exports, and other automations within the UKG platform.
• Experience supporting integrations through APIs, middleware, secure file transfer, and vendor interfaces, including file mapping and error troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and resolve complex functional and technical issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with HR, Payroll, IT, vendors, and business leaders.
• Must be able to work on-site at one of CRC's California offices (Long Beach, Santa Clarita, or Bakersfield).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience with UKG Pro and UKG Pro Workforce Management, formerly UKG Dimensions, or comparable UKG modules used in a large enterprise.
• Experience with UKG reporting and analytics tools, including advanced or BI reporting capabilities.
• Experience with UKG integration technologies, APIs, middleware platforms, and identity and access management integrations.
• UKG certification or other relevant HRIS, payroll, reporting, or integration certifications.
• Experience supporting system implementations, module rollouts, acquisitions, business integrations, or major process transformations.
• Experience in the oil & gas or energy industry.
