Job Description Summary: We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5–8 years of experience to join our product team. In this role, you'll own end-to-end design work — from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes and design system contributions — for our suite of screening and compliance products. You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible, and modern user experiences.
Job Description (UI/UX Responsibilities): Lead UX research, journey mapping, and usability testing to uncover user needs and pain pointsDesign wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile experiencesContribute to and maintain a scalable design systemConduct and synthesize user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCollaborate with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect, accessible implementationWork within an Agile Kanban framework — writing clear acceptance criteria, participating in sprint planning, and managing your own work through JiraPresent design decisions and rationale to cross-functional stakeholdersChampion user-centered design practices across the organization
Required Qualifications: 5–8 years of UI/UX design experience in a product environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work across web and/or mobile productsProficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, including components, auto layout, and design tokensExperience with a modern tech stack environment — comfortable working alongside VueJS or similar front-end frameworksExperience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, VueJS) to facilitate smoother developer handoffHands-on experience with Jira for task and workflow managementSolid working knowledge of Agile/Kanban methodologiesStrong communication and storytelling skills — you can clearly articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing for enterprise SaaS or B2B platformsExperience conducting end-to-end user research including interviews, surveys, and A/B testingExposure to data-heavy or compliance-driven product environmentsExperience building or scaling a design system from the ground upExperience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) is a plusBackground in HR tech, compliance, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
