Job Overview:
The Senior Trustee Consultant will be an integral member of the Business Development team within LPL’s wholly owned subsidiary The Private Trust Company. Through our delegated model The Private Trust Company enables LPL Advisors to maintain investment management and relationship management responsibilities.
We are looking for an experienced and engaging trust professional who is passionate about helping LPL Advisors provide trustee services to their clients. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting LPL Advisor inquiries and advancing new potential business through our acceptance process and into onboarding. This role will be a key contributor to LPL advisor satisfaction and PTC's ability to generate repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Trustee Services Expert – Exhibits thorough knowledge of both trust administration and settlement services. Capable of reviewing all governing documents and asset statements associated with new business opportunities and preparing them for legal review. Post legal review, present new business cases to the acceptance working group.
- New business liaison between PTC and LPL Advisors: Responsible for providing exemplary communication to LPL Advisors in support of general inquiries and through all steps of the new business acceptance process.
- Pipeline Manager: Superior organizational and follow up skills to ensure the new business opportunity pipeline is managed both efficiently and diligently.
- PTC Brand Ambassador: Represent PTC in business development efforts with internal partners at LPL and with LPL Advisors.
- Participating in LPL advisor and client meetings as needed
- Preparation of special reports, spreadsheets and correspondence, as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Trustee services experience with a trust company or in the investment industry
- Experience working with high net worth (HNW) clients

Pay Range:
$68,083.00 - $113,403.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
