Job DescriptionThe
Senior Treasury Sales Associate is crucial to the Treasury Sales team, delivering cash management, trade, liquidity and commercial card solutions. Supporting the Treasury Management Officers (TMOs), the Senior TSA helps in acquiring, expanding, managing, and maintaining Treasury relationships, and with comprehensive expertise and limited supervision, handles a broad portfolio with extensive treasury product and depository complexity.
How You'll Spend Your Time- You will manage a precise pipeline of closed and pending deals throughout the sales cycle.
- You will drive consultative conversations to understand client and prospect needs.
- You will identify new sales opportunities and support the team in sourcing prospects.
- You will monitor progress toward Treasury Management sales and revenue goals.
- You will partner with TMOs on proposals, pricing analysis, and profitability modeling.
- You will coordinate implementation and follow-up to ensure a smooth client experience and resolve post-launch needs.
Education & Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is typically acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with 5+ years' of relevant banking and Treasury Sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of general banking.
- Advanced cash management services knowledge and in-depth knowledge of products like Online Access Service, Remote Deposit, Lockbox and ACH Systems, including pricing and billing processes.
- Strong ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and sales opportunities.
- Deep understanding of accounting, finance, and cash management practices.
- Proficient in identifying and managing risk.
- Strong ability to prioritize and complete extensive tasks within deadlines.
- Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally through proficient verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
