Full Job Description
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the firm's treasury operations, including cash management, banking activities, and liquidity planning. The Senior Treasury Analyst monitors cash positions, reviews banking transactions, and ensures accurate recordkeeping in compliance with internal controls and firm policies. The Senior Treasury Analyst works closely with banking partners and internal stakeholders across the firm to maintain an efficient and well-controlled treasury function, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and optimize financial performance.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily cash positions, build short and long-term cash flow forecasts, and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet the firm's operational needs.
  • Process and approve banking transactions, including wires, ACH payments, and account transfers, while maintaining complete backup documentation to support audit requirements.
  • Manage banking relationships to ensure optimal service levels, serving as the primary contact for opening, modifying, and maintaining bank accounts and the firm's overall banking structure.
  • Review account analysis statements for accuracy and actively monitor cash management services and associated fees.
  • Oversee, under guidance of department leadership, the firm's investment portfolio, ensuring compliance with investment policies while maximizing returns and effectively managing risk.
  • Prepare and deliver periodic treasury reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and strategic observations.
  • Ensure all treasury activities comply with internal controls, firm policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of firm, attorney, and client information.

  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with a proven ability to assess complex information and deliver sound, data-driven insights.

  • Collaborative and self-directed, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team in hybrid, remote, and in-office environments with limited supervision.


Required Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
