Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Travel Operations Manager with extensive experience coordinating, and executing corporate meetings, incentive travel programs, conferences, and special events for clients across global destinations. The role oversees all operational aspects of group travel programs including hotel contracting, air and ground transportation, registration management, supplier negotiations, budgeting, onsite event execution, and client communication. This position works closely with internal Air, creative and production teams to deliver seamless, high-impact experiences that align with client objectives and company standards for service excellence and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for meetings, conferences, incentive travel programs, corporate events and Internal events
  • Coordinate hotels, venues, transportation, audiovisual, food & beverage, entertainment, and destination activities
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with hotels, airlines, destination management companies, and supplier partners
  • Maintain event budgets, profitability tracking, payment schedules, and onsite expense reconciliation
  • Oversee attendee registration systems, rooming lists, travel manifests, and special requests
  • Conduct destination research, site inspections, and supplier evaluations
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and marketing teams on event communications and promotional materials
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain ongoing communication throughout the planning process
  • Travel onsite to manage event execution and ensure flawless guest experiences
  • Ensure sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives are integrated into programs
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide quick problem resolution during live events

Qualifications

The expected compensation range for this position is: $85,000 to $100,000.
