Full Job Description
A career as a Senior Transformation Advisor on the Transformation team at the Customer experience Centre (CEC) at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader in the transformation, with a particular focus on leveraging AI and emerging technologies to generate organisational value.

Your role:

  • Lead major transformation initiatives, including designing and delivering AI-based solutions.
  • Define and deliver the strategic vision for the transformation of contact centres by integrating automation, AI and SaaS solutions.
  • Lead and influence senior stakeholders (business lines, it, executives) in prioritising and implementing initiatives.
  • Be responsible for delivering transformation and AI projects from end to end, including framing, execution and adoption.
  • Coach and guide teams on best practises in AI transformation, innovation and exploitation.
  • Ensure rigourous governance of initiatives (monitoring of benefits, risks, dependencies).
  • Identify and implement opportunities to create value (reduce costs, improve the client experience, operational efficiency).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and play a cross-sector leadership role.

Your team:

The CEC Transformation team is made up of experts who work agile, proactive and collaborative to transform contact centres, with a strong focus on integrating AI and advanced technologies.

Prerequisites:

  • Relevant university degree and 10+ years of experience
  • Proven experience in leadership in organisational transformation.
  • Significant experience delivering transformation projects and AI projects (e.g., automation, conversational AI, advanced analytics).
  • Strong ability to influence and engage at an executive level.
  • Experience in managing complex programs and multidisciplinary environments.
  • In-depth understanding of AI technologies, data and digital platforms.
  • Experience in change management and large-scale adoption.
