Full Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, inventory management, staffing, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate high-profile client visits, demonstrations, and ad-hoc initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track equipment maintenance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured frameworks and actionable strategies.
  • Engage and coordinate with multiple departments (IT, Finance, Engineering, Facilities, Growth, Deployments, etc.) to drive projects to completion.
  • Gather and define requirements and translate them into project specifications for new builds and retrofits of currently facilities.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates at all project stages and manage budget - from greenfield projects to day to day capital improvements.
  • Collaborate with Finance/FP&A for cash flow forecasting and prepare financial reports to senior leadership.
  • Demonstrate expertise in engaging with stakeholders and executives, balancing independent problem solving with effective collaboration.
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams-whether through leading large meetings or managing digital communication channels.
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 3+ years in construction, operations, or product/program management roles.
  • 50-75% Travel to Texas
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects (3-5+ large projects) concurrently at a rapid pace.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a people-centric approach to solving operational challenges.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the capacity to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to develop clear frameworks to structure and solve ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and executive engagement, with significant leadership visibility.
  • Experience managing and developing team members, with an emphasis on continuous feedback and growth.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.


US Salary Range

$146,000-$194,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
