We are seeking an experienced Test and Evaluation Analyst who will develop and execute test strategies for short- and intermediate-range air and missile defense systems for the SHIELD Project Office. Following DoW 5000 Series Acquisition guidance, you will support early-lifecycle test planning to inform Phase Adaptive Approach decisions. You will have the opportunity to work with Product Managers and Integrated Product Teams to build T&E Master Plans, design and schedule test events, coordinate resources, and deliver clear, technically sound analysis to senior decision-makers. The role requires coordination across CPE Defensive Fires offices and external test partners to ensure aligned test outcomes.
Responsibilities- Support joint data reviews and test planning working groups
- Prepare test documentation and manage approvals with DoW test agencies
- Align test activities with program cost and schedule
- Present technical briefings and test schedules to leadership
- Design test scenarios and analysis approaches for flight, ground, and range safety testing
- Lead test engineering working groups and test-focused IPTs
Required- BS or BA degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- 5 years of direct T&E experience on Air and Missile Defense (AMD) systems (PATRIOT, IBCS, LTAMDS, MSHORAD, IFPC Inc 2, Avenger)
- Working technical knowledge of launcher, missile, radar, and Command and Control (C2) subsystems and how they integrate at the system and system-of-systems level
- Experience in an Army acquisition position and/or Army Project Management Office
- Working knowledge of DoW and Army acquisition processes and T&E procedures, including TEMP development, DT/OT execution, and milestone decision support
- Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance
