Your role, Your impact- Plan, execute, and supervise testing and commissioning of onboard systems on rail vehicles, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and performance standards.
- Support validation and integration testing of signaling, control, communications, and onboard subsystems.
- Troubleshoot system integration issues, collaborating with design and development teams to resolve root causes.
- Document results, track nonconformities, propose corrective actions, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Enforce safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout all phases of testing and commissioning.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations, and design - solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility. As a Testing and Commissioning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of delivering safe and reliable transportation solutions.
What you bring- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning within rail or transportation systems.
- Strong analytical thinking, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with electrical and diagnostic tools, and experience troubleshooting hardware/software integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, customer-focused mindset, with flexibility to travel, work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed and adaptable to changing project needs.
