You will spend most of your time in the field-meeting with agency partners, increasing submission activity, and building a book of business aligned with underwriting guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact- Increase written premium by expanding submission activity from agency partners
- Build and maintain agency relationships through regular in-person meetings
- Review agency performance and adjust territory approach based on results
- Work with underwriting and distribution leadership to align on guidelines, pricing, and growth plans
- Use data (agency performance, market trends, competitor activity) to determine where to focus time and effort
- Follow a consistent sales process, tracking activity, pipeline, and results
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring- 3+ years of experience in territory management, production underwriting, or broker distribution
- Experience growing a book of business through agency relationships
- Knowledge of commercial P&C (Workers' Comp, BOP, Auto, Umbrella)
- Familiarity with the Northern TX market and agency environment
- Experience using data and metrics to inform decisions
- Clear and effective communication with agency partners and internal teams
- Strong organizational skills and independent problem-solving in complex situations

- Bachelor's degree preferred
This position is subject to background screening, which may include drug testing and motor vehicle record review for roles involving driving. Salary Range$105,000-$130,000 USD + performance-based bonus potential and use of a company carIn accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, this range represents a good-faith estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, credentials, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
