Responsibilities

The Technology Transfer and Industry Collaboration Contracting Professional is responsible for providing discipline specific acquisition and sales contract expertise and leadership. Responsibilities include development of contracting strategies, development of sales contract templates, leading of contract negotiations, interpretation of government legal and corporate requirements, developing strategies and leading team negotiations, and administering contracts, including terminations and closeout activities. Sales responsibilities include strategy development, leading bid-no-bid decisions, client relationship management, proposal development, leading contract negotiations, and monitoring contract compliance technical, financial, and contractual performance. Plans, develops and participates in training of contractual requirements. Briefs company management on proposal and subcontracting activities.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA and 7 years of relevant experience -OR-
  • MS/MA or higher and 5 years of relevant experience
