Position Description:

This role must be performed on the client site in TX Dallas, PA Pittsburgh, OH Strongsville, AL Birmingham, AZ OR Phoenix, CO Aurora 5 days/week.
We're hiring a Senior LOB Risk Specialist in Dallas to support a major U.S. bank's First Line technology risk organization. We're looking for someone with strong banking experience across technology/operational risk, RCSA, risk and controls, issue remediation, and GRC/Archer. This is a highly visible role partnering directly with technology leadership, Compliance, Legal, Audit and other risk organizations to identify emerging risks and strengthen the bank's risk and control environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

5+ years of banking/financial services experience, with several years in First Line Technology Risk, Operational Risk, Business Risk & Controls, or Technology Controls
. Hands on experience identifying risks, designing/maintaining controls, executing RCSAs or comparable risk assessments, managing issues/remediation, working in Archer/eGRC, and partnering with Technology, Compliance, Legal, Audit and 2LOD Risk.
. Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs.
. Serves as an advocate for the risk management program.
. Ensures the risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations.
. Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business.
. Includes consultation to execute the program components.
. Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
. Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks. Leads and engages cross functional teams and develops internal capabilities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
. 5+ years of experience with the creation review/maintenance in the operational/technology risk programs
. Proficient in power point, excel, SharePoint . GRC tool experience (Archer preferred)
. Development and management of internal risks and controls
. Experience with technology risk within Financial institutions
. Microsoft Office Suite
. 1st Line of Defense risk experience

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 $176,300.00.
