About the role:

We're looking for a strategic, metrics-driven Senior Technical Recruiter who can attract and hire top technical talent in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you'll navigate ambiguity with confidence, build strong partnerships with hiring leaders, and play a key role in scaling world-class teams while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate talent and drive efficient hiring processes.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear communication, thoughtful process management, and strong relationship building.
  • Use data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making, identify opportunities, and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Drive interview excellence and consistency through structured interviewing and interviewer enablement.
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and hiring quality.
  • Maintain strong reporting hygiene and provide regular hiring updates and market insights to stakeholders.
  • Use tools like Ashby, Pin, and Claude to streamline recruiting workflows, improve sourcing and outreach strategies, and drive operational efficiency throughout the hiring process.

What you'll bring:
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale.
  • A proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights.
  • An "always learning" mentality with a passion for improving recruiting operations and candidate experience.
  • Clear, confident communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
