- Advocate effectively: Balance the needs of candidates and the business to drive thoughtful, win-win outcomes
- Raise the bar: Share insights and best practices to continually improve recruiting processes and elevate CLEAR's talent brand

- Time to fill, offer acceptance rate, and number of hires
- Strong partnerships across the business
What you're great at:- 6+ years of technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with expertise in hiring for specialized engineering, product, and security roles
- Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall/Crosschq, Gem, Metaview, Glean, Claude and other AI enabled tools
- Data-driven mindset: Metrics aren't just numbers to you - they're the roadmap to success
- Relationship building: You're a pro at engaging thoughtfully with both hiring managers and candidates
- Action-oriented: High sense of urgency and comfort navigating ambiguity

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $170,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR's salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR's total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
