Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the development and delivery of the Power Systems that energize Leo's satellite constellation. This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences how quickly and reliably we deploy satellites to orbit. The Power domain spans Power Electrical Engineering (EE) design, the Power Hardware-in-the-Loop (PHITL) test bench, and Power Design Verification Test (DVT) execution, all feeding the power architecture that every satellite subsystem depends on.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for the systems that generate, store, condition, and distribute power across Leo satellites, from architecture and design through qualification testing and high-rate production. You will partner with cross-functional engineering teams across power electronics, embedded software, battery systems, test engineering, reliability, and manufacturing to ensure Power hardware meets the demanding requirements of space while scaling production for a constellation of thousands of satellites.

This role sits at the intersection of program management, systems engineering, hardware development, integration and test, and manufacturing scale-up. Success requires deep technical judgment, strong program leadership, and the ability to drive alignment across complex engineering organizations.

Key job responsibilities

Own Power Systems programs end-to-end.

Lead the technical program strategy for power generation, energy storage, power conditioning, and distribution, from early architecture and design through qualification and high-rate production. Drive clarity where the problem and solution are undefined, and partner with integration and test to define the V&V and PHITL test bench strategy that proves flight readiness.

Drive cross-functional execution and system-level trades.

Serve as central program leader across power electronics EE, embedded software, energy storage, integration and test, reliability, and manufacturing. Influence architecture decisions, negotiate resources and priorities, and drive trades that balance performance, cost, manufacturability, and schedule against the shared power, mass, and thermal budgets.

Own planning and risk.

Track milestones across design reviews, qualification, and production readiness. Surface technical and programmatic risks early, build mitigations, and run complex V&V and Power Design Verification Test (DVT) campaigns.

Scale hardware into high-rate production.

Transition Power hardware from prototypes and DVT units into high-volume manufacturing, partnering with manufacturing and supply chain to improve production readiness, reliability, and cost-effective scaling.
