Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of deploying Pano's camera systems from concept through to fully live operations. This role sits within the Operations team and serves as the connective tissue across site acquisition, development, field operations, sales, and customer success. You will own program timelines, manage risks, and ensure seamless delivery while collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external customers. Your work will directly impact how effectively and efficiently Pano brings coverage online to meet customer needs.

What you'll do
  • Own the full lifecycle of camera deployment programs, from initial planning through installation and go-live
  • Develop and manage detailed program schedules, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies
  • Partner cross-functionally with Site Acquisition, Site Development, Field Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful execution
  • Engage directly with customers to align on requirements, communicate progress, and ensure satisfaction
  • Define and optimize station coverage plans based on customer needs, geographic constraints, and operational considerations
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions
  • Build and maintain clear reporting for internal stakeholders (including executives) and external customers, ensuring transparency and accountability
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate workflows using tools and systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Roll up your sleeves when needed to support on-the-ground execution and unblock critical path issues

What you'll bring
  • 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Operations, or a related role in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex, hardware/software integrated programs from concept to deployment
  • Strong technical fluency to effectively partner with engineering teams and diagnose system-level issues
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, sales, and customer-facing teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both executive leadership and external customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
  • Experience building and improving processes, including leveraging tools to automate workflows
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% and engage in hands-on work when needed to ensure program success

Final compensation for full-time employees is determined by a variety of factors, including job-related qualifications, education, experience, skills, knowledge, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, full-time roles are eligible for stock options. Our benefits package also includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401(k) plan, and flexible paid time off.
