Description & RequirementsAs a Senior Technical Program Manager you will report to Director of Program Management
Responsibilities:- You will build and manage the development plan, schedule, and process for multiple simultaneous projects, including tasks, resources, quality, time, priorities and costs.
- You will deliver progress updates to management, ensuring alignment and transparency across all organizational levels.
- You will coordinate releases, including tracking bug/quality metrics, and ensuring agreement of schedules with customers, our testing group, and other technology groups.
- You will balance goals and roadmaps from Product Management with estimates and capacity constraints from Development to provide measurable milestones.
- You will proactively identify, address, and mitigate risks to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality products
- Collaborate with Product Management, engineering teams, and key partners (central teams, game teams) to refine and align development requirements for successful execution.
- You will manage cross-group dependencies by securing commitments from partners, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment to drive successful delivery.
- You will pursue continuous improvement efforts based on the feedback from our partners related to performance indicators.
- You will make data driven decisions by using data and our requirements to provide important insights on vision, requirements, and service improvements.
- You will create new process improvement protocols to address persistent program problems.
Qualifications:- 8+ years technical program management experience running medium to large software programs
- Expertise in modern project management and SDLC processes and artifacts
- Experience across component definition, design, engagement, engineering, and service management for highly available online services and platforms
- Experience with documentation and work tracking tools like: Confluence, GitLab, JIRA, Teams/Sharepoint, Monday.com
Bonus:- Experience working on high-scale, high-availability multi-tenant web services
- Experience working in GitHub or GitLab, reading code reviews, and understanding API specs
- Experience programming (JAVA, C#, Go, Rust etc.)
This is a hybrid remote/in-office role.
Pay Transparency - North AmericaCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$133,500 - $186,400 CAD
