The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities - Drive the collaboration and accountability across federated teams. Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations to align on outcomes that serve the best interests of Google.
- Apply technical judgment to navigate complex trade-offs, resolve stakeholder conflicts, and mitigate critical program risks. Facilitate effective decision-making to maintain program momentum.
- Partner with Directors and Managers across Engineering and Product to streamline operational processes, simplify execution, and manage objectives and key results (OKRs) for the pillar.
- Drive continuous improvement, and introduce best practices for reproduceability and scalability in a dynamic environment.
- Create visibility for program progress and bridge communication gaps across pillars.
