Responsibilities - Operate in an outcome driven mindset to land the organization's goals. Drive complex, high-visibility security, platform and AI/ML programs cutting across multiple GCP organizations and product areas (including Core, Workspace, Cloud AI, and rest of GCP).
- Establish a visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, dependency and resource management, whereby improvements are measurable and the impact can be recognized.
- Build strong partnerships across Google as necessary and leverage your credibility to simplify execution and unblock progress. Proactively identify project risks, streamline cross-organization escalations, and deliver clear status visibility to executive leadership.
