Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience leading geographically dispersed engineering or program management functions in data centers, networking, or telecommunications.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and managing change.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with the deployment of technical infrastructure on a global scale.
- Ability to perform technical deep-dives into the design specifications of Google's network.
- Ability to upscale the organization by implementing best practices, identifying process gaps, and aligning horizontal processes.
- Capability to think strategically while maintaining a sense of urgency during execution.

Responsibilities - Be responsible for ensuring a documented alignment between GNT, New Product Development (NPD), and Global Network Deployment (GND) regarding the New Product Introduction (NPI) cohort.
- Ensure documented alignment between GNT, NPD, and GND for a deployment plan to fulfill the Life-Cycle-Management (LCM) plan for edge solutions.
- Ensure that the experience and needs of the Edge Capacity Delivery team are shared and factored into decisions across partner organizations.
- Create and manage a documented collaboration framework with GNS and GNT for NPI and LCM execution, including running communities and meetings.
- Execute assignments for selected strategic programs focused on improving On-Time Delivery (OTD), quality, and efficiency.
