Seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (Delivery Lead) to lead the end-to-end delivery of global Smart Ops and Digital solutions across multiple international markets.

Location: Dallas, TX preferred (Local, will relocate, or travel)

This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional software delivery teams- including Product, Engineering, QA, Integration, and Market Enablement- to deliver scalable platform capabilities across web, mobile, kiosk, POS, and in-store operational systems.

Strong execution leadership background with deep experience delivering complex enterprise software programs in global, matrixed environments. You will drive delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, and operational coordination from discovery through production readiness and transition to support.

This role focuses on software solution delivery and deployment readiness - not physical in-store installation or field commissioning activities.

Responsible for leading either a large contractorengagement or a definable segment of a very large and complex contractorengagement. Clients may be external or internal. PM are responsible for the translation of the clients complex business requirements into formal agreements. For these, PM establish specific solutions, applications or processes which ultimately culminate in customer acceptance of the results. This includes working with client team members and executives to identify business requirements and subsequently working with, and leading others, in the initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing the clients solution. PM are responsible for a wide range of process activities beginning with the request for proposal through development, and final delivery. Project Managers are responsible for overseeing the project/engagement/contract/activity on a daily basis and are responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. They are responsible for risk and issue management, project/engagement communication and stakeholder management. Project managers perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way.

Your Role

  • Global Program & Delivery Leadership - Lead end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple software delivery streams for global Smart Ops and Digital Ordering initiatives.
  • Drive execution across key phases including discovery, localization, integration, testing, deployment readiness, hypercare, and transition to support.
  • Ensure predictable delivery through strong governance, dependency management, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate delivery across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Analysts, Deployment Leads, Integration teams, and Market stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to align delivery priorities, scope, timelines, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate enterprise integrations including middleware, APIs, payment systems, menu systems, delivery aggregators, and operational platforms.
  • Oversee deployment readiness activities including data migration, cutover planning, validation, and hypercare support.
  • Champion scalable deployment practices, repeatable playbooks, and process automation to improve delivery quality and speed.
  • Lead multi-market delivery coordination across localization requirements including language, currency, taxes, menu configurations, and compliance needs.
  • Partner with market teams to ensure operational readiness, training alignment, and change management planning.
  • Support successful rollout execution across geographically distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Serve as a primary delivery lead for global business stakeholders, PMO leadership, Product Owners, Engineering leaders, and market teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong program governance including RAID management, dependency tracking, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure successful handoff into Support & Run organizations with clearly defined hypercare exit criteria and operational readiness measures


The base compensation range for this role in the posted location isz; $88,544- $250,401

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
