We're seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a critical platform mandate: re-architecting our frontend-driven flow into a composable, server-driven platform that powers checkout across any surface, segment, and product line - including emerging surfaces like WhatsApp, ChatGPT, and voice.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent programs spanning various cross-functional organizations.
  • Define strategic roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics in collaboration with technical leaders.
  • Build alignment among senior leadership on technical approaches, resource investments, and trade-offs.
  • Coordinate complex cross-team efforts and proactively resolve blockers to accelerate delivery cycles.
  • Establish robust mechanisms for tracking program health, execution risks, and business outcomes. You will deliver results and make necessary trade off decisions for timely execution of programs in collaboration with EM's and Staff Engineers.
  • Identify technical risks proactively and influence architectural considerations early in the development lifecycle.
  • Develop scalable program management processes and best practices to improve execution across the organization.
  • Communicate status, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
