Full Job Description
Overview

As Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager on Global Industry Marketing team, you will lead the technical go-to-market for our priority industry use cases, building the technical assets and readiness that bring those use cases to life across field and partner ecosystem. You will sit at the center of a rare cross-section of the company - product marketing, engineering, field, and partners - turning our technical capabilities into accelerated, industry specific value realization.

This is a build role, not a maintain role. You will get to define how we design Industry use case reference architectures, how we package and deliver the Industry accelerators, and how we scale repeatable, use case anchored agent patterns through field and partners.

Partnering closely with product teams (Azure, AI business solutions, Security), Microsoft Frontier Company (Microsoft's new operating unit focused on enterprise AI deployment outcomes), you will define the direction of how we build the technical narratives, bill of materials, and contextual reference architectures for priority use cases, each mapped to our platform and value differentiation and translated into outcomes customers can immediately understand and act on.

From there, you will be working with Industry CTO and Industry Technical Product Marketers to bring that foundation to life, enabling each industry team to adapt it to the specific verticals and use cases they own, so every industry operates from a consistent core while staying tailored to their customers' reality.

As the connective tissue between Microsoft's technical capabilities and high-value industry scenarios, you will represent the voice of the field, partners, and customers to validate what drives impact, surface gaps, and continuously refine the Industry technical assets and overall go-to-market approach.

This is a strategic, high-visibility role for someone who is equally fluent in AI technology and the commercial buying journey, with a strong focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical Industry go-to-market (GTM) for Microsoft's priority Industry use cases, equip partner and field technical teams with technical assets, reference architectures, and industry accelerators. Partner with product teams, Microsoft Frontier unit, Industry Technical PMs, and Industry CTOs, Microsoft Frontier team to shape the technical narrative around the Industry use cases and accelerated customers' time to value.
  • Drive the direction for Industry technical bill of materials (BOM) for Agent Factory, Microsoft's agentic platform building, deploying, and scaling enterprise grade AI agents, defining how we deliver industry reference architectures and industry accelerators through hands-on technical workshops delivered through Microsoft sales team, events, and through partners.
  • Lead use case productization through Industry accelerators, packaging priority use cases into reusable technical documentation that partners and field teams can readily adopt.
  • Partner with Industry CTOs and Industry Technical Product Marketers, enabling each industry team to operate from a consistent core while adapting the approach to fit each industry's reality.
  • Collaborate with commercial sales, solution sales, and partner teams to ensure technical assets are aligned to the customer buying journey and the realities of the field motion.
  • Work with industry customers, partners, and field teams to validate which technical assets have the greatest impact to help us continue to refine our approach.
  • Measure adoption and impact of Industry technical assets (reference architectures, technical workshops, accelerators) and continuously evolve the portfolio based on field and customer feedback.
  • Embody our Culture & Values.

    • Solid understanding of the commercial sales process and how technical assets (reference architectures, accelerators, technical workshops) move opportunities through the funnel
    • Experience building technical GTM readiness; reference architectures, solution accelerators, technical workshops, technical playbooks
