Description & Requirements

About this team

The Enterprise Cloud Platform teams build and operate the core platforms that power engineering teams across the enterprise. We own the foundational cloud capabilities; Kubernetes, cloud landing zones, identity and access, networking, security, observability, and automation; that enable delivery teams to move fast, build safely, and scale with confidence.

As a central platform organization, our mission is to abstract complexity, standardize best practices, and provide reliable, self-service infrastructure that accelerates innovation while maintaining strong governance, security, and cost efficiency. We partner closely with application, data, security, and finance teams to ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and aligned to both engineering and business outcomes.

This team operates at the intersection of cloud strategy and hands on execution. We continuously evolve our platforms to support modern architectures, improve developer experience, reduce operational toil, and enable global growth. Our work directly impacts developer productivity, platform reliability, security posture, and the company's ability to scale technology as a competitive advantage.

We value customer centric platform thinking, strong technical judgment, and a bias toward automation and simplicity. If you're excited about shaping the future of cloud and Kubernetes platforms and enabling hundreds of engineers to do their best work, this team sits at the heart of that impact.

Core responsibilities

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will own complex platform products that span multiple components and integrations across the enterprise. You will be accountable for product vision, roadmap ownership, dependency management, metrics, and rollout of features at scale. You will work across multiple stakeholder groups, lead change management activities, and ensure platform products deliver measurable business and developer value.

Select responsibilities include:
  • Create and own product vision with clearly defined success measures
  • Manage roadmap decisions using customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, and industry insights
  • Understand and guide platform architecture, integrations, and enterprise system interactions
  • Lead backlog refinement, prioritization, and agile ceremonies
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and platform components

  • Demonstrated ability to own roadmap direction for enterprise platform products; experience leading multi-team planning informed by priorities, feedback, and analytics
  • Experience serving as primary point of alignment across senior technical and business stakeholders; familiarity with leading cross-team forums to resolve dependencies, risks, and delivery issues
  • Deep technical fluency across cloud native and platform domains, sufficient to make sound product and investment trade offs, including Cloud platforms and foundations (AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP) and Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, GKE, or equivalent), platform lifecycle, and enterprise usage patterns.
  • Strong understanding of core cloud foundations such as landing zones / account or subscription strategy, IAM, networking, security baselines, observability, and CI/CD and how these capabilities work together to deliver a reliable, secure, and scalable developer platform.
