  • Convert in-person or workshop content into scalable modular formats (virtual ILT, e-learning, or microlearning) for broader delivery through Red Hat Learning and partner platforms.
  • Collaborate with Technical Learning, Ecosystem GTM, and Partner Marketing teams to align technical enablement with partner engagement and specialization strategies.
  • Build relationships with field, product, and ecosystem stakeholders to understand emerging skill needs and proactively evolve course content.
  • Model Red Hat's open culture - fostering collaboration, inclusion, and a shared sense of purpose across field and partner learning communities.

What you will bring:

  • Ability and willingness to explore, use and include AI tools in the whole process of creation, delivery and maintenance of learning assets.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
  • Strong existing connection with stakeholders in the Red Hat Partner organization and the Red Hat Ecosystem.
  • Experience managing enablement programs and projects in a matrixed global environment.
  • Familiarity with learning management and enablement platforms.
