Purpose:

The Senior Technical Analyst supports the success of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) in Canada by executing goals and initiatives aligned with business strategies while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies. You will be part of a team of analysts providing technical support for corporate and international clients across all cash management products, resolving inquiries via phone and email with timely, accurate solutions to maintain client confidence. Responsibilities include managing escalations, and ensuring service standards, including coverage during select holidays for international clients.This role also involves onboarding and supporting electronic cash management services for Scotiabank's top-tier commercial and corporate clients, while driving process improvements to optimize service delivery.
