Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst
Locations: Boston, MA (hybrid)
About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented tax professional to join our team supporting complex partnership and investment fund tax operations in a fast-paced financial services environment. In this role, you will collaborate across accounting and tax functions, contribute to innovative tax allocation solutions, and play a key part in delivering high-quality client service while advancing your technical expertise.
How You Will Make an Impact - Prepare tax workpapers
- Responsible for meeting client deliverable due dates
- Develops and implements solutions to partnership tax allocation issues within the framework of our proprietary software
- Interacts with internal fund accounting staff on an as-needed basis to provide tax accounting guidance
- Assists in the maintenance and testing of our software, workpapers & procedures by analyzing changes in tax and industry requirements and suggests improvements
- Performs research of relevant tax laws, regulations and rulings to determine the proper tax treatment of issues
- Analyzes company financial statements
Required Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting - CPA/MBA a plus
- A solid understanding of the accounting & tax treatments applicable to a wide variety of publicly & privately traded domestic & foreign financial instruments including equities, debt, forwards, futures, options, swaps & derivatives
- 2-5 years of tax experience in partnerships, hedge funds and financial services
- Experience with tax adjustments related to investments and partnership capital transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-organized and self-motivated to deliver an outstanding product
- Team Player, attentive to detail and proven ability to multi-task
- An above-average proficiency in the use of MS Excel as well as a working knowledge of the entire MS Office product suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of client service

- At least 2 years of recent partnership tax accounting experience, preferably in the area of investment partnerships
