Full Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Talent Partnerships Agent leads the development and execution of strategic talent partnerships, managing high-profile relationships and complex collaborations from negotiation through to execution. The role partners closely with cross-functional teams to support brand initiatives, product launches, and key moments through impactful talent partnerships. By combining industry expertise, market insights, and performance analytics, the Senior Talent Partnerships Agent drives partnership strategy, optimizes talent investments, and delivers measurable results that advance brand objectives and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile talent, agents, and Fashion Nova + NovaMEN models.
  • Own the full lifecycle of high-value, complex partnerships, focusing on strategic activation around key moments to maximize impact. Execute outreach, negotiations, contract execution, order coordination, content strategy and approvals, and finalizing partnerships to a high-standard. Responsible for overseeing and developing Talent Partnerships Associates.
    • Drive growth of the PFP database by tracking and optimizing individual KPIs for each Talent Partnerships Associate, fostering ownership, accountability, and strategic management of their assigned rosters.
    • Monitor and audit associate communications on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and alignment with brand and partnership standards.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across the talent roster, including: campaign strategy, talent activation, content delivery, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Buying team to support product launches and priority collections through targeted talent partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Creative and Social Media teams to ensure talent partnership strategies and content direction align with broader division and business objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brand Partnerships team, providing key talent options for events and activations. Attend events when required.
  • Monitor content performance from talent partnerships, identifying high-quality assets and presenting top-performing content to the social media team for amplification across brand channels.
  • Demonstrate deep expertise in the assigned division/s (Fashion Nova, Fashion Nova Curve, NovaMEN and/or NOVA), proactively developing high-impact partnerships that align with strategic objectives, brand priorities, and evolving business needs, leveraging market insight and performance data to drive measurable impact and long-term value.
  • Prepare and execute talent partnership contracts with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring all terms, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined, maintaining compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Effectively negotiate talent partnerships to maximize value and secure competitive pricing, ensuring alignment with division budgets, pricing benchmarks and performance targets.
  • Provide strategic guidance and creative direction to talent to maximize content performance and partnership impact, including developing creative briefs.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and talent communications to ensure partnerships are executed on time and in accordance with brand standards.
  • Accurately document and track talent partnerships, analyzing and reporting on their performance regularly. Evaluate factors such as insights, reach, audience growth, engagement trends, and content quality when determining partnership renewal opportunities.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess talent data, including audience demographics, gender ratios, geographic reach, engagement rates, and key highlights/achievements, to identify the most relevant talent, strengthen negotiation strategy, and secure high-impact, strategically aligned partnerships.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, including talent tiering, pricing frameworks, and partnership structures.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and deal performance across the division and/or department.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, trending talent, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive talent network.
  • Own ad hoc projects with Senior Influencer Marketing Manager when needed.

KPIs:

Talent Onboarding + Partnership Development:
  • Achieve monthly targets for securing and finalizing high-level talent partnerships.
  • Drive acquisition of new talent partnerships aligned with brand and division objectives.
  • Secure strategic partnership renewals with key talent to support long-term relationship value.
  • Ensure timely delivery and completion of all agreed-upon content and campaign deliverables.
  • Manage partnership lifecycle effectively, ensuring appropriate execution and offboarding of talent when required.

Data Accuracy:
  • Maintain a high standard of accuracy across all tracking systems and documentation.
  • Consistently deliver a 0% error rate in contract systems.
  • Ensure 100% completion and ongoing accuracy of CRM platforms across all required fields.

Communication: Respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.

Talent Partnerships Associates: Track the KPIs and performance of Talent Partnerships Associates and oversee the PFP roster.
  • KPIs are subject to change at any time to accommodate evolving business needs.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • 4 - 5 years of professional experience in the talent and content ecosystem, preferably gained at top content, entertainment, or social media / influencer agencies or companies. • Exceptional negotiation and contract execution skills.
  • Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficient in excel.
  • High ownership mentality and a natural problem solver - spot gaps and fix them.
  • High attention to detail and obsessed with metrics, tracking and reporting.
  • Creative to the core - takes initiative to create partnership strategy and content briefs.
  • Deep fluency in all things social, especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, and what drives creator performance on each.
  • Shows capability in leading, mentoring, and developing junior team members.
  • Stay on top of evolving creator, cultural, platform, and consumer trends.
  • A high-speed operator who thrives in a "no red tape," results-driven, high-stakes environment.
