The Opportunity
We're hiring a Senior Talent Management Partner to own and reimagine how we define employee and team performance — setting clear expectations and meaningful goals that give every Adobe employee a true north.
If you're someone who geeks out on systems thinking, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and gets genuinely energized by connecting people strategy to business outcomes — read on.
What You'll Do
Partner with leaders across Employee Experience to diagnose business problems and co-design solutions that actually stick.
Lead the strategy and execution of Adobe's performance systems, with a focus on helping managers and teams know what good looks like and how it connects to goal-setting.
Translate complex, ambiguous talent challenges into clear, scalable programs — from diagnosis through design, build, and rollout while challenging the status quo.
Drive adoption by communicating with conviction and equipping managers, employees, and EX partners to be even more effective.
Your first 90 days will be a crash course: meet the people, understand the why, and find your foothold for impact.
What You Need to Succeed
Deep expertise in talent management or organizational effectiveness — or an equivalent track record that proves you can operate in this space. 6-8 years of relevant experience.
A systems thinking approach. You see how the pieces connect, use data to make the case, and leverage new technology — including AI — to supercharge our work.
Speed and quality, together. You know how to work across teams, are a forced-multiplier making others better, and prioritize the employee experience in everything you do.
A bias for outcomes over initiatives. You balance conviction with curiosity in order to collaborate on the most critical work.
A true teammate without an ego. EQ is more than just a nice to have; it's core to the role. You read rooms, build trust quickly, and make the people around you better.
