  • Workflow Automation & Integration: Map, streamline, and automate end-to-end hiring processes; troubleshoot, validate, and modify complex TA system integrations connecting the ATS to HRIS platforms, assessment tools, and onboarding software.
  • Root-Cause Investigation: Partner directly with the HR Technology team to master Workday backend/API architecture, taking the lead on investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex system breaks and integration errors.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Support manual reporting needs, build technical data flows, and conduct validation testing for automated dashboards to ensure absolute data integrity.
  • Enablement & Documentation: Create, maintain, and scale technical documentation and training materials to support broader TA enablement; provide system troubleshooting and support to recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic Awareness & Collaboration: Maintain deep awareness of current trends in TA and HR technology with a focus on product delivery and support; facilitate clear, concise status updates and direct communications across the TA Ops team and global partners.
Core Competencies
  • Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong ability to conduct root-cause analysis on backend architectures and translate ambiguous business needs into precise, actionable technical requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Dedicated to continuous process improvement, automation, and optimizing system performance to enhance the end-user experience across a global landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Relationship Management: Ability to partner effectively across global teams, including teams in HR, IT, and external vendor partners, utilizing a customer-centric approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, active listener, ability to distill complex or technical concepts into those easily understood by those who are not technical SMEs.
  • Adaptability & Independence: Demonstrated capacity to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and successfully navigate shifting priorities.
  • Discretion & Integrity: Advanced ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality across all systems and data sets.
What You Bring:
  • Hands-on system administration experience with enterprise-level recruiting and HRIS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, Avature, or iCIMS.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, data analytics, and validating automated dashboards or reporting suites.
  • Strong technical acumen regarding backend workflows, API architecture, or system integration logic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different global time zones.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, and data-validation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while actively contributing as part of a distributed global team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing cross-border data systems or maintaining technology compliance (such as GDPR considerations for UK/EU-based talent pools).
  • Relevant certifications in Workday, Greenhouse, or professional HR technology systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Standard office or home-office environment with regular computer and telephone use
