Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Vineland, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in attracting top talent while helping optimize recruitment processes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Beyond managing end-to-end recruitment, you'll contribute to improving the candidate experience, streamlining hiring workflows, and leveraging modern recruiting platforms and AI-driven tools to support scalable hiring.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned positions in partnership with the Chief People Officer.
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates using ATS platforms, job boards, and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure accurate recruitment documentation and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Onboarding & Candidate Support- Coordinate pre-employment activities, including documentation, background checks, and onboarding.
- Support new hires from offer acceptance through their first-year review cycle to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Recruitment Process Improvement- Evaluate and improve recruitment workflows to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality.
- Recommend enhancements to sourcing strategies, screening processes, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.
- Develop and maintain recruitment documentation and best practices.
Recruitment Technology & Innovation- Utilize AI-driven recruiting tools, automation, and sourcing platforms to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Stay current on recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Support the implementation and adoption of innovative recruiting solutions.
Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Provide recruitment updates, hiring insights, and pipeline reports to support workforce planning.
RequirementsProven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment platforms.
Interest in recruitment optimization, automation, and AI-driven hiring tools.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
