Full Job Description
A little bit about our team:

The People Team sits at the heart of Warner Music Group and is focused on attracting, retaining and developing exceptional people. As part of the People team, our dynamic and diverse Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding and hiring the best talent for the business, and partnering with our business leaders on their talent attraction strategies.

Your role:

At WMG, you will immerse yourself in a vibrant, creative environment, turning your passion for connecting people and music into a rewarding career.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will drive our end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging high-caliber, diverse talent across the business. Acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will work with executive collaborators and hiring managers. You will craft proactive sourcing strategies and carry them out to meet business needs now and in the future. Beyond managing complex searches, you will lead strategic TA initiatives, champion our employer brand, and oversee key talent programs and projects. This is a high-impact role requiring strategic foresight, strong business insight, and a consultative approach.

Here you'll get to:

- Own the full lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from initial briefing to negotiation and onboarding. Although the role is west-coast based, you will recruit for positions in other locations and time zones, as well.

- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, using labor market insights, industry trends, and data to build hiring strategies and influence talent decisions.

- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust, diverse talent pipelines for immediate hires and long-term organizational growth.

- Lead key talent acquisition projects aimed at enhancing candidate experience, optimizing recruitment processes, and embedding best practices across the organization.

- Manage agency partner relationships, evaluating vendor performance and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and SLAs.

- Represent the Warner Music organization as an employer brand ambassador at industry panels, networking events, and campus programs.

- Partner seamlessly with the broader People team (People Partners, Total Rewards, etc.) to deliver cohesive, business-aligned talent solutions.

- Drive recruitment initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships and talent channels to continually diversify our pipeline.

- Mentor and guide hiring managers on interview guidelines, candidate assessment, and competitive market dynamics.

About you:

- 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally combining agency and in-house environments, with a proven track record of filling complex and senior-level positions.

- Proven talent strategist with expert-level knowledge of proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, niche networks, and competitive intelligence).

- Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience using modern ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and sourcing technologies.

- Consultative approach with the confidence and executive presence to challenge, advise, and influence collaborators at all levels.

- Strong business insight, with the ability to quickly grasp industry dynamics and translate strategic objectives into effective talent strategies.

- Demonstrated project management capability, with experience leading TA initiatives, process improvements, or early-career programs.

- Ability to be flexible and nimble in an ever-evolving business environment.

- Data-informed approach, comfortable applying recruitment metrics to evaluate pipeline health and sourcing efficiency.

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering collaboration across global and cross-functional teams.

- Outstanding organizational skills and process driven orientation.
