Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in hiring for the semiconductor or electronic component manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Strong sourcing skills with knowledge of various recruitment channels and social media.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, with Workday experience being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels.
• Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements and hiring progress.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Participate in regional and global talent acquisition projects and cross-border hiring initiatives.
• Support recruitment process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives.
