Position

The Principal Talent Acquisition Partner designs, implements, and optimizes bold and scalable talent acquisition strategies that anticipate talent needs and ensure a competitive advantage.

The person takes a resolutely creative, proactive, and data-driven approach to building candidate pools upstream, developing talent communities, and continually rethinking ways to attract, engage, and recruit the best technology profiles.

Acting as an expert, strategist, and ambassador for the employer brand, they actively contribute to positioning Croesus as an employer of choice in a context of growth, innovation, and continuous transformation.

Key responsibilities

Strategy and recruitment
  • Design innovative attraction strategies to anticipate talent shortages and emerging skills in the technology market.
  • Develop creative and non-traditional approaches to identify, engage, and retain talent, going beyond conventional recruitment methods.
  • Be responsible for building, structuring, and developing upstream candidate pools for strategic and specialized roles, including proactively hunting for key talent.
  • Research, sourcing, and talent communities
  • Explore and leverage new sources of talent (specialized communities, emerging networks, technology ecosystems, advanced social media, etc.).
  • Manage, moderate, and monitor our company pages (Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Approach and engage passive candidates using personalized, targeted, and differentiated strategies.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with potential talent, even in the absence of immediate needs.

Research, sourcing, and talent communities
  • Explore and leverage new sources of talent (specialized communities, emerging networks, technology ecosystems, advanced social media, etc.).
  • Manage, moderate, and monitor our company pages (Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).

Innovation, data, and recruitment technologies
  • Continuously optimize talent acquisition processes and tools to increase speed, efficiency, and added value.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement technological and digital solutions that support the future of recruitment (ATS, automation, analytics, business intelligence, AI, etc.).
  • Analyze performance indicators, market trends, and predictive data to guide strategic recruitment decisions.
  • Actively monitor emerging trends, innovations, and best practices in talent acquisition across the market.

Employer branding and innovative outreach
  • Roll out distinctive and creative initiatives to position Croesus as an innovative and attractive employer for tech talent.
  • Participate in recruitment events and tech and financial ecosystem events as an ambassador for the Croesus brand.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in human resources management, industrial relations, or organizational development.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, including in-house recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting niche roles in information technology and/or software development and/or fintech.
  • Experience with recruitment planning and strategy
  • Experience with Workday is an asset
  • Fully bilingual
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Gmail, etc.).
  • Member of the Order (CHRP, CIRP) is an asset
