Responsibilities

• Assist customers with system evaluations, configurations, and installations.
• Collaborate with R&D Engineering to define product requirements and usability.
• Contribute to the formation of sales strategies and own technical responsibilities for accounts.
• Demonstrate expertise on storage products and architectures across various space types.
• Create architecture blueprints for solutions to be delivered to customers.
• Support the development of a system and field engineering team.
• Consult on the establishment and management of a Support organization.
