A Taste of What You'll Do
The Senior Manager, Supply Planning develops and implements successful operations planning and scheduling vision and strategy, through strong leadership and inter-company/inter-departmental cross-functional coordination. Develops, maintains, and communicates long term capacity plans and short term product production plans based on demand forecasts and actual orders in order to optimize the cost/service ratio.
- Lead the end-to-end supply planning and S&OP process, providing monthly updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain annual, five-year, and 24-month rolling volume, capacity, and master production plans to support business and customer demand.
- Translate forecasts, customer orders, inventory targets, deployments, and safety-stock requirements into optimized production plans and schedules.
- Optimize manufacturing capacity, labor, equipment, maintenance windows, material availability, and production sequencing to achieve service, efficiency, and cost objectives.
- Lead weekly work-order sequencing, production-schedule changes, and cross-functional communication to respond quickly to changing business conditions.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning systems, tools, policies, and processes; recommend and implement changes that improve operational performance.
- Lead and develop the planning organization, manage operating and capital budgets, monitor performance goals, and oversee short- and long-term strategic projects.
What You'll Need
- Master's degree plus 6 years of supply planning, logistics planning, production, operations, corporate finance, or statistics reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of supply planning, logistics planning, production, operations, corporate finance, or statistics reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Supervisor/Manager experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
