This role solves the challenge of maintaining optimal inventory health for major OEMs while serving as the primary architect for SIM demand forecasting in a highly competitive market. By translating intricate supply signals into actionable insights, this individual ensures that senior leadership can make data-driven decisions that directly impact subscriber growth and market share.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives):- Achieve optimal inventory levels across E-commerce, National Retail, and Indirect channels through the execution of precise daily and weekly supply planning cycles for key OEM partners
- Drive subscriber growth by managing the end-to-end SIM card category, accurately forecasting requirements and monitoring consumption trends to ensure seamless distribution
- Enhance decision-making speed by utilizing advanced data modeling and AI-augmented analytics to identify supply risks or constraints before they impact the bottom line
- Influence critical business outcomes by synthesizing complex data sets into high-level, clear reports for senior leadership to drive executive strategy
- Bridge the gap between external OEMs and internal stakeholders-including Product, GTM, and Engineering-to align supply health with product launches and promotional calendars
- Optimize short and long-term supply health using advanced planning tools to mitigate out-of-stock or over-stock scenarios while adhering to safety stock targets

- Advanced proficiency in complex data modeling, including the expert use of nested formulas, index/match, and data cleansing techniques to drive business intelligence
- AI literacy and the ability to apply automated tools or machine learning prompts to streamline repetitive data tasks and improve forecasting accuracy
- A proactive, self-starting approach to navigating dynamic, deadline-driven environments while effectively managing multiple high-priority workstreams
- Critical experience managing the supply chain for consumer electronics or physical goods with limited lifecycles within the telecommunications industry
- Technical expertise in advanced supply planning software, specifically platforms such as o9, SAP, or Kinaxis
Minimum Requirements:- Minimum Education: Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or related analytical field
- Required Technical Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Data Validation)
- Supply planning systems (o9, SAP, Kinaxis, or Oracle)
- Consumer electronics or fast-moving physical goods supply chain management

Salary RangesCompensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
