Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Senior Supply Chain Analyst is to provide advanced analytics, business intelligence reporting, and data-driven insights that support Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning (SIOP), production planning, inventory optimization, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs across the organization. This role serves as a key business partner to Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Management, and Operations teams, leveraging enterprise data and analytics to support strategic and operational decision-making.
The Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence dashboards, KPI scorecards, and executive reporting solutions utilizing Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms. The role analyzes demand, inventory, production, supplier performance, and VMI programs to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations that improve service levels, inventory health, forecast alignment, and overall profitability.
Additionally, this position partners closely with internal manufacturing buyers, factory planners, vendors, and the Master Data Management team to ensure data integrity, planning accuracy, and consistent reporting. The analyst supports VMI performance management by monitoring inventory levels, replenishment effectiveness, supplier compliance, and inventory optimization opportunities. This role also drives reporting automation, data governance, process improvements, and analytical best practices while promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Essential Duties- Conducts SIOP analysis and provide insights, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains BI dashboards (Catalyst/PowerBI), KPI scorecards, and automated reporting solutions to support SIOP, inventory, production, and VMI performance.
- Utilizes P4, Catalyst, Snowflake and other enterprise data platforms to extract, validate, and analyze data, transforming it into actionable business insights.
- Analyzes forecast, production, inventory, service levels, and VMI performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partners with buyers, factory planners, procurement teams, and suppliers to optimize inventory, replenishment activities, and supply chain performance.
- Leads data governance initiatives, including SKU master data, BOM accuracy, and reporting integrity, to improve planning effectiveness.
- Drives continuous improvement through reporting automation, enhanced analytics, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills, Abilities and Educational RequirementsRequired- Bachelor's degree in supply chain operations or related field or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
- 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, SIOP, inventory management, replenishment, production planning, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of JDE, P4, MRP or similar software
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining business intelligence dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Knowledge of querying, analyzing, and validating data using Snowflake, SQL, or other enterprise data platforms.
- Knowledge of MDM or experience in back-end MRP signals
- Intermediate experience utilizing computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Demonstrates multi-tasking skills and the ability to shift priorities
- Exhibits leadership, professionalism, and teamwork
- Strong analytical and financial understanding of inventory, working capital, service levels, and supply chain cost drivers.
- Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume work environment

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with employees on all levels, including executive leadership
Preferred- Experience supporting SIOP, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), or supply chain performance management processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization best practices.
- Experience with reporting automation, KPI development, and executive dashboard design.
