Established (40+ years) Employee-Owned GC Seeking Senior Superintendent for Life Science/Lab Projects in OC/LA

An established, employee-owned General Contractor based in Southern California with over 40 years in practice is seeking a Senior Superintendent with experience overseeing life science, laboratory, or biotech projects valued at $5M+. This is a field-based leadership role managing complex tenant improvement builds across the Orange County and Los Angeles markets.

Offer:

Salary up to $195,000 base depending on experience

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-value commercial TI projects

Experience with life science or laboratory construction

Strong skills in subcontractor coordination, schedule control, and site logistics

Excellent leadership, safety oversight, and client-facing presence

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day field operations and subcontractor activity

Ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and quality benchmarks

Coordinate with internal teams, inspectors, and client reps

Serve as the on-site lead from start to closeout
