Senior SuperintendentPosition OverviewThe Senior Superintendent will oversee and manage construction projects with a focus on mission-critical facilities, including data centers and industrial warehouses. This role requires a strong background in construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, addressing any construction-related issues promptly.
- Lead project meetings and prepare documentation related to project status, changes, and milestones.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, particularly in mission-critical environments such as data centers.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of AWS and Meta standards for data center construction.
- Experience with manufacturing, warehouse, cold storage, and industrial construction projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
